Surgery suggested by Consultant

Patient meets the Counselor at the Counseling Room

↓

The package is explained to the Patient/Attender

↓

The package is selected by the Patient/Attender 

↓

The Date of Surgery is to be decided before sending the Pre- Authorization 

↓

For Approval the Copies of the following Documents are submitted by the patient/Attender

Insurance ID CARD
Patient Photo ID
Policy Document 

↓

The above documents will be sent to the Insurance company for Approval By the Hospital

Time required for obtaining Approval from the Insurance Company is 24 to 48 Hrs.

Once the approval is received, the same will be intimated to the Patient/Attender over Phone
