At Prabha, our International Patient Service (IPSP) team provides customized and tailor-made services for overseas patients and their family members, ensuring them of a pleasant and comfortable stay all through. Our international patient services include:
Remote Offline Diagnosis -
Patients can send in their reports or on call we can guide them to undergo specific tests in their country of origin. Our team of specialists will diagnosis remotely and send across (email / fax) a detailed diagnostic and treatment report. We also assist the patients with video conference calls to take them through the diagnosis and treatment.
Treatment Plan And Schedule -
On patient approval and consent, Prabha's team will draw up an iternary that includes information pertaining to Travel Desk, Team Accommodation, Dietary Arrangements, Foreign Exchange, Surgical Team, and Nursing Team.
On special request, we could also make arrangements for local site seeing and visit to tourist spots.
Specialists -
Even before the patient arrives at our center, our team would have scheduled appointments with the specialists concerned. Our team will continuously be available to guide and take you through various procedures / tests / diagnosis to make experience simple and comfortable.
Accommodation -
To ensure easy access to hospital facilities, Prabha has tied up with internationally renowned Brigade home stay - serviced apartments, which is a stone throw away. Both patients and their relatives can stay put in well maintained apartments with arrangements for food and laundry.
Transportation -
Prabha's team will make arrangements for airport transfers, accommodation facility, and hospital facility in vehicle of your choice.

2. What documents would I need to bring with me for my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring along any medical records/history, x-rays, current medication, and all relevant information pertaining to your medical condition. If you are referred by a doctor, please bring along the contact details of the referring doctor.
3. Do I need a doctor's referral from my home country?
No, you do not need a referral from your home country.
4. Would I need a visa in order to enter India to seek medical treatment?
Yes, patients require a visa. Please contact us with the country of origin and our team will guide you through the process to obtain medical visas.
5. Would I be informed of the medical costs associated with my treatment before I come to India?
We will give you the estimated medical costs, based on the medical report you provide. However, should there be a revision to the estimated charges given earlier, following your first consultation with the doctor; we will inform you again of the revised estimated medical costs.
6. Is there accommodation near the hospital for my family members?
We can arrange for accommodation either at nearby hotels for short stays or serviced apartments for longer stays.
7. Can your hospital cater for special dietary needs?
We can make the appropriate arrangements. Please inform our International Patient Service officers when you are admitted.
